Beautiful amazing clean work well done. What the wheels specs, what the maximum wheels size et width can fit on stock 1981 volvo 242 without any modification and look good.

I had 17x9 on it before flaring the body, but only 235 tires on that size.

AMAZEBALLS!! Ok, so I know it's fast but how is it in traffic? I mean, is it easy enough to drive that you don't get tired of having to hold back all those ponies? The reason I ask is that I've had vehicles in the past with tons of horsepower from big cubic inches. But driving them everyday in and out of heavy traffic in the hot summer just got so fatiguing that the cars were no fun anymore. I have a 1989 244DL with an absolute cherry body. The engine and trans are gone because I use them for parts to keep my 1988 244DL running. So I want to put an LS in the '89. But I also want full air conditioning and to have it sit mildly in traffic when I get stuck between lights in 100 degree weather without the car overheating. Please tell me if your car is one that can do this. Thanks and again... great build.

David Grason fun in traffic, hard to keep your foot out of it really. It has been off the road since november now. Going thru some rebuilding of things. I cant wait to get it back on the street. No a/c, and it stays under 210 in FL summers

This is a long shot, but do you have a link for the hot side you used? I am doing a similar project and I like the look of your turbo location. Thanks

I just put some pipes together myself. Bought some FBody headers that had v bands on them and flipped the forward.

hi awesome Build.Un doin a wagon with a 7mgte.Im using a chevy savana alternator.How did u wire it? cause there are only 2 wires at the plug. Any info will be great. thanks Dz
@rcstprez6 жыл бұрын
Danny z my alt is single wire. An exciter wire at the plug, and the 10gauge wire to the battery on the back of the case. The exciter 12v+ wire uses a 470ohm resistor (iirc) inline.

do you mind sharing your coilovers brand and where did you get them?
@rcstprez6 жыл бұрын
Hellfakin Away fronts are adjustable kyb inseets with adjustable seeves over stock tubes. A 7" spring and a 4" takeup spring. Rears are just adjusable seat springs at the moment. Moving to qa1 coil overs with rear end swap
