A general note:
I have been involved in the 'Dog World' for over 30+ years, having bred Rottweilers and Belgian Malinois and have had my own Specialist Security Dog Services business in the past and although now retired from day to day duties I remain interested through my brother who still is very much involved in the training and assessing both working K9's and their handlers in the UK security world. Very helpful. New Volvo system is so much easier post 69 plate. I tried for ages on my 45. Couldn't for the life of me figure it out...ended up using an auxiliary cable. Thanks for this. Now I know. 👍🏼

I’ve just started with another company who’s Volvo has err.. done some miles shall we say an most of the dials are abit worn.. having driven a brand new Renault at my old place it’s all double Dutch 😂 but your tutorials have helped me right out! .. no more having my phone on my shoulder like a parrot for hands free 😂😂

Hi I have the same radio but in settings there isn't a Bluetooth setting, how do you turn it on so I can stream KZbin music? Phone connects and can make calls, also connect USB stick. But can't stream from KZbin. I have a 100 quid radio in my old lorry and it does everything.

Yes but only one will work at a time, each device has to be recognized by the truck, in my case I use my phone to view movies as well as make calls so only one device is needed.

Try and reboot either the radio or switch your phone off and restart it or do both, also sometimes you might need to delete a phone or two from the connected phones list. Basically try lots of things because these systems are known for having issues, when they work they are great but?...

Possibly, check out my video, Volvo FH secret reboot...unfortunately they can be a pain, all trucks and all phones trying to connect via bluetooth. Also sometimes you have to delete all the phones on the trucks system, basically clearing the decks so to speak.

Hmmmm, without watching what you have done it's a bit awkward to diagnose...try the very simple, turn it off and back on again to see if it responds. Also which audio are you pressing? The audio that is a push button or audio in the menu settings? Because the system has sub menus that you follow through with basically a yes no or next or return exit, go through the video again and see where you are when you press 'audio', also the radio might be broken??

I can connect phone but can't play Spotify via blue tooth.. Only with Aux cable which is a disappointment

Hmmmm, well you should be able to if your phone is connected. Is your spotify via a playlist you have previously downloaded or are you playing 'as live'? as this may be an issue, I play spotify downloads rather than streaming and I don't have a problem. Could be a spotify issue rather than a connection issue?? Try rebooting and set it up again...who knows with this technology???🙄🙄🙄

Also go into spotify settings and check all the options to see if the correct boxes have been checked/ticked, might be there is a setting that has/hasn't been switched on or off.???
