Yes use the hand pump on the car

Great explication. But i don't understand ONE thing: how do you do to make bleed the hose a the end of the video. (The last hose.) Just to Pump with the pedal accelerator in the s40 ??

Hi the problem you had with your car ( loss of power/ black smoke ) is nothing to do with the fuel filter, it is caused by a "sticking open" EGR valve.

@@vehiclemaintenanceandrepai3790 Black smoke is caused either by too much fuel or lack of air, difficult to see how a blocked fuel filter can cause to much fuel to pass or restrict air flow.
