If multimedia systems and touch screens becoming mainstreem in new cars, it does not mean that's better. Buttons are more practical they does not distract driver, while he is trying to properly touch some area on screen.

@@EasyStreet88599 I got the 2015 T5 AWD. If you watch these british reviews, you would think it's a rubbish car till you own one. You need to drive the car for a while to appreciate the intelligent and safety features it packs. If you need a moderately quick car with premium interior and safe of peace of mind go for it. Fan fact, it's not as sporty (don't mistake this for power because it beats rivals by far) and flashy as Germans but with regular maintenance, it easily outlasts them. Once you own a Volvo, you'll always keep one.. just something about the car.

Lol,some of the comments on here Yes it’s an old model but you can get 20% off the list price plus £2500 deposit contribution Which makes this a very attractive alternative to other cars in its new price bracket .

You don't have to touch dashboard to control infotainment system nor getting to system settings, everything can be done from steering wheel (which is btw much more convenient than dealing with iDrive alike joysticks that force you taking your hands off the wheel), and system is very intuitive, do your homework before doing review rather than copy/paste from others...

I miss the number pad found on these Volvos. I don't think any new cars still have them. I always make phone calls by dialing the numbers by memory, it's annoying to do it using a swivel wheel or touchscreen.

This ist not the 2018 Model! Wrong (older) Exhaust' s (i buyed and have the 2018 V40 CC Pro as T4 with AWD ... yes there is a T4 with 190 hp and AWD not only the T5)

Complaining about pressing a button on the move being fiddly, when its nice and simple compared to using a bloody touch screen when driving! (admittedly the v40's cluster of buttons is awful though!)
