Presoak before cooking or after the cooking time is over just don't open the lid immediately let the pressure in for sometime.

Thanks. I hear brands with inner stainless steel pots are better. Almost all brands in Kenya have aluminium inner cooking pots (non stick Pyrex coated)

Just googled Von products,the name brand is American produced in America. The name con originates from Germany and gets used in German or Dutch surnames. I think it works along side hotpoint brands too

I've had a Nutricook electric pressure cooker since 2019 and I must say, best investment I ever made!! Got it at that time for 15k... Though now it's much more... Still works like new. The inner pot is stainless steel! Saves gas, time, electricity... Yaani... I know you will enjoy yours and see all the benefits. Congratulations 🎉

If you can, get the kind that does not open if there is still pressure. Also, the outside does not get hot, so you can use it anywhere.
