I think it works best on ankles, knees and elbows. Will try to get some more examples out soon.

Can you do more voodoo wraps? I use them periodically but don't really know how else to use them besides ankles.

I have a similiar injury and am wondering if it would be better to wrap bottom of foot first or does it matter?

those were the 28' long right? Have you ever seen the 7' ones?? I have never had these bands, and wanted to buy a pair, but 7' sounds REALLY short, doesnt it? What can you use 7' for ? While the 28 looks nice and long (they could be also little shorter..).
