Galvanized elementalists secondary stat increases status chance, but it's not worth it because the Quassus Primes Status Chance is very low to begin with. So it's not worth building for it. Plus the regular elementalist gives higher status damage and wind up speed.

the crit dmg isn’t fully necessary on steel and the elementalist is bad because you don’t need SC it for proccs slash garunteed plus base elementalist gives heavy attack wind up

Nope, only up to 97.2% status chance if weeping wounds alone. Maybe galvanized elementalist should be equipped as well
