The twelfth doctor figure had a white shirt and no waistcoat or cardigan so that should be upgraded, the Clara figure is a re-paint without the belt and the polka dot shirt twelfth doctor looks god awful, but yeah go character they're great.

I'm finally starting to buy tardises, and this hurts me. I can't find any 11th doctor tardises in the 5 inch scale anywhere. Matt Smith was my first Doctor, so having 9/10th and 12ths tardises without 11ths feels wrong.

For the twelfth doctor upgrade why don't you use the tenth doctor coat and arms to resemble capaldi's coat to take from your custom series 7 b eleven doctor to add to the figure
