Ah I see, depending on which candidate is eliminated it can change the overall winner. I think the monotonicity criteria is pretty reasonable to expect a voting system to meet, I like that criteria better than condorcet.

what if someone asked using the example from the video: The monotonicity criterion requires that if a candidate wins an election that candidate should also win the election if the only change is that the supporters of another candidate change their votes to support the winning candidate. While A won the first election, the number of voters who changed their votes to A on the revote was ______?
