Thanks guy the instructions are a little confusing ,it took me awhile to figure out how to do a factory restore , I was pushing down the foot switches instead of the up /down arrows.As far as saving a program it is now making more sense after seeing it done

There's no easy way to program it...lol....So few buttons makes it hard. But at least you got the idea.

This helped me a lot and I think I have a decent idea of how to create and save a preset now, so I appreciate this very much. Also thank you for speaking English. I found other tutorial videos that probably went through much more options and explained more about the issue but they spoke like Apu from the Simpsons and that shit is too distracting for me so I appreciate your ability to speak the same language as I do.
