Where can you place them? States, cities or towns? Where will they pass ordinances? What will land cost , plumbing, gas, and electricity if solar doesn't provide enough energy for the home? I dont see many established populated areas allowing these. There needs to be the discussion where these structures can exist.

What happens when the technology grows old ....will upgrades be costly or an inevitable obligation in the future? Also, what about insurance? Companies already don't insure modular homes as is. How would you protect your investment? How secure will the property be if the same technology is used for similar homes? Hackers will always be around and once they crack codes, how will you be protected with your privacy? What kind of warranty will these homes come with?
