Federal power is great awesome and terrifying sure, but it is still limited and supposed to be limited The powers not granted to the federal government are then reserved to the states. The powers not specifically granted and reserved to either the states or the federal government are reserved to local government…townships boroughs towns counties cities municipalities etcetera… Then powers not specifically enumerated or reserved to federal state or local governments are left to the people and reserved by the people unless the people vote at a later time to bestow one of their tiers of government with more power someday. And that is actually most powers and rights the vast majority that are meant to be reserved by the people. Government only has any power when the people grant it to them and vote for it and continue to vote for it. That is the narrowest strictest interpretation of the Constitution of the United States of America. That is why it’s difficult for Congress to pass laws especially certain kinds and why some laws can not be passed without constitutional amendments being passed by the people. That’s why the government is set up to fight each other arguing and debating about things instead of just arbitrarily passing things Willy nilly. It’s why executive orders are historically used sparingly, because that power is tentative and can be removed by the people at any given time if it is misused. That is also why laws keep having to be usually repressed and reauthorized and recertified and reevaluated so they continue to serve the needs of the people. “Kamala Harris, for the people.” Indeed it seems. Thank you future/soon to be Madam President. Please keep educating people about our Constitution and how it is supposed to work. Please keep protecting our civil rights human rights and freedoms. Please ensure the national guard can never be sent overseas ever again and our airforce has enough planes to protect the country and we have resources to protect our homeland and please bring back Militias/local national guard bases and armories so people at least have a minute chance of protecting themselves if someone like trump ever gets close to power again. Please prosecute terrorists and traitors like Trump and his cult of followers. Please purge our nation of these neo nazi white supremacy people since apparently the purges in the 30s and 40s didn’t go far enough after all despite all of us being taught in school they did and that we didn’t need to worry anymore. Apparently not, since the kkk and knights of the golden circle seem to still be active and trying to cause a new civil war. Impose martial law and reintroduce reconstruction if needed because these people in the south appear to still not have learned their lesson yet about voter suppression and civil rights despite losing the civil war and losing again in the 1960s civil rights reform era. Please consider re regulating some industries that regan deregulated like housing, electricity, etcetera. Please treat the internet as a utility/public service like phones tv and electricity already are. Please stop the 50 trillion dollar wealth transfer from the working class/poor and middle class to rich people and make some of that money flow back to the people who need it. Please please please refund education. Repeal/replace No Child Left Behind. Provide Yellow Pages with the governmental white pages section again nationwide along with explanation letters explaining what government can do for people and why the government phone numbers are printed in there. Maybe even honor James Earl Jones in some way while doing so, he pushed for decades for people to retain access to phone books and be able to know how to get help from their government. 8:13 women’s rights are not just a women’s issue. Everyone on this earth was born from a woman, even if they were incubated/“test tube” babies possible since the 1970s supposedly, they still need a woman’s egg and genetics to be existing on this planet. Everyone has or has had a mother aunt sister grandma cousin niece etcetera or a date/love/wife/girlfriend or a best friend. Transgender rights are women’s rights, women’s rights are civil rights civil rights are human rights. The bill of rights are for everyone. Not just one group. Since people can’t understand that, since they can’t understand the bill of rights includes more then just the ten that were explicitly listed/stated, we need a new bill of rights slate of amendments/combined amendment, we need to pass the equal rights amendment/act finally, we need to strengthen the civil rights amendments. Our generation has wanted these things since we were still in elementary school and bill clinton was still our sitting president. Yes it's between us and God, we will recon then. Honestly most women I know want their mate involved, unless they're weird. Unfortunately, there are a lot of men that don't want to be involved. My mom wanted to abort me, I'm 56, but my dad said no. They were married with 2 already. Her reason was because she was coming to the states and didn't want to leave a newborn behind. I saw her again at 12yo when we came to the states. Teach sons and others to have these conversations with their partners. My husband and I have with our son.

If men had to experience pain like women get during periods we would finally have a livable wage, better laws against mandatory overtime and worker exploitation, better family and medical leave laws, proper healthcare coverage, medical clinics every 2 to 5 blocks, hospitals in every major town, and would have a proper work life balance where people go back to having summer and winter breaks and having more of a work schedule like the 40 weeks a year standard us school schedule instead of the current work 52 weeks a year and endure complaints that the year isn’t longer for us to work you even more and be glad you even have a job situation we are in now, while making enough money we could afford to only work 40 weeks a year.

When I was growing up I was taught it was normal for women to need a week off a month or at least a few days off a month for their periods and that some periods take 2 weeks instead of one. We should normalize people having a week off a month and give it to both men and women equally so no one can complain and parents have more time to educate and care for their children or get occasional time for themselves for self care
