When buffing and waxing the tank take off the gas cap and put some masking tape over the inside holes so ya get under the cap

Technically in NY inspection plates are not legal unless they are a welded part of the bike. A bolt on plate can be moved from one bike to another. I is the cops discretion whether he will bust your balls over the inspection plate.
