The seals are going to leak because you used petroleum based grease and not silicone grease.

No grease needed. The bolts will pull it in no problem. Lubricant, us coolant.

Use silicone grease not petroleum grease, the oring will possibly degrade I seent it before, maybe not every time because of oring material but better to be safe than sorry

Use silicone paste it is perfect for orings and has some sealing properties. Get away from grease ! It is also has ability to grease brake pins in calipers without loosing it’s composition at all from brake job to brake job where as grease dries out gets dry flaky and fails .

Coolant is a good lubricant and works awesome during installation of coolant related parts

Coolant is the best "lubricant" for those o-rings, it's plenty slippery..

A little bit of grease in the coolant won't hurt anything. A little bit is the key though.

@@giof9005 thanks friend. Such a dumb decision. I used to work on cars in the 80's, you had room to do a tuneup with space for lunch and a drink. Nowadays there's 12 other parts blocking your way

just use coolant as lubricant, and don't use any hammer or mallet to tap on the shaft, there is a graphite spring loaded seal inside which may get damaged,
