I spent ages on a few of them, and just got stuck on what ended up being some pretty obvious clues; it was very handy that you overlaid the Blacklight images from previous attempts - I think I should have written more down. Here's a theory: this is based on quantum theory... mainly because a number of things happen. If you don't know what quantum theory is, let's say, you have a box. You also have a single molecule. You shut the box with the molecule in it. The atom MULTIPLIES into a number of possibilities, untill you open it again. This is way different then the PC version. The "DON'T DO IT" had D, O and, T highlighted when you put the black light on it. Also, it was taped on the panel. If you click it, part of it will come off, and it will have a reference to that sequence. Also, how come you weren't like reacting to the endings.
