the best thing was UEVR, I was able to play breathtaking games in vr like jedi 1,2, silent hill 2 remake, still wakes the deep, nobody wants to die, the invincible, etc

The best for me is the Pico 4 Ultra, which i use since i get headache from the heavy front of Quest, and the Pico Ultra is much more detailed than the old version, still not as sharp as the Quest 3, yet for normal gaming it does not matter, i only play standalone and have bought over 50 games for it!

Great video with a lot of harsh facts for fanboys to deal with. Here's another harsh fact--PCVR will continue to die as long as GPU prices stay this high. An RTX 4090 still costs ~$2000 USD and the RTX 5090 is sure to be more expensive. An RTX 4070 still costs ~$550 after all these years. And quite frankly, the only reason to choose PCVR over standalone is the graphic fidelity--but that fidelity comes with a HUGE price-tag way beyond what your average gamer is willing to pay. It's just a piss-poor economic environment for PCVR to flourish and a perfect storm to destroy it. Content suggestion (perhaps too controversial)--I'd like to see you present a Top-10 LOSERS in VR for 2024. I'm talking about games/hardware that really TANKED in 2024 genuinely threatening either the company or the VR industry. The Hitman 3 (Quest) fiasco certainly comes to mind, but I'd put Pimax in there as well because despite the (apparent) success of the Crystal Light, Pimax continues to get pummelled by their own customers for poor QA, CS, and basically just lying constantly.

Funny how VR is picking up again after Microsoft completely removed WMR support from their operating system. Needing to dual boot or lock the OS to an old version is a kick in the balls for many VR owners. But yea, Meta is the only cheap option nowadays so it is good their sales have taken off this year with all the new games. I still need to play Lone Echo 2! Grats on your success it's about time the public came around!
