VRED Car drives through a complete virtual City-Environment

How were you able to make the buildings reflect on the car like that.and the sky ..how did you do that without HDRI image.pls do full tutorial on this

Technically, the city was modeled in maya with some plugins, and animated the jig of the car with craft animation works. A whole array of programs went into the production of this car. The final result was only rendered in VRED. A little misleading.
