Cheers! From what I hear on the EUCs Kingsong are not ignoring their customers with support after purchase, but I do not have a first-hand experience.

@@VRMinde Ok that's good. What I'd want is a local shop where I can go and buy it and can always return for service and stuff, like if a tire pops or smth. That's always what I look for when I see a new scooter to consider (N12Pro is on top of that list for sure).
