No need to apologize for where you run at. I,for one, enjoy watching you run there. Especially when the dogs get involved.

It is an ok spot its just a bit small, Melbourne is so flat! I would like more dirt, the grass is very grippy at times but anything is better than nothing I suppose. Yeah the dogs are very funny!😆👍
@timallen60353 жыл бұрын
@@rccrazy Exactly, anything is better than nothing. I know what you mean about the grass being gripy. Where I live is nice as far as having about 5 acres to play on, but it's all grass. I don't want to get to crazy on the gravel driveway.
@rccrazy3 жыл бұрын
Yeah the driveway would be tempting but not when you would be mowing rocks in the grass afterwards😬
@timallen60353 жыл бұрын
@@rccrazy There are places especially by the shop buildings where I wouldn't have to worry too much about throwing rocks in the grass, but still don't want to risk messing up the driveway. Gravel and getting it done can be pricey

I'm waiting for mine. I think anyway that it would break less then the wltoys. How I break everything in less then 1 battery. Nice to see you with the Cobra there are not much you and Ange how does videos about it. I will make sure to put oil in the diffs 60,000cst and 500,000 in the center, right?
@rccrazy3 жыл бұрын
You don't have to use 500,000 in the centre if you're not running 4s, mine is a bit overpowered and needs it, between 80-200,000 I would suggest. And my preferred setup is 80,000cst in the front and about 45,000 rear, personal preference only! Sorry, probably made you more confused 🤭
@tresparatodorc74003 жыл бұрын
@@rccrazy no don't worry. I mean my experience is with Tamiya and wltoys. So all you can tell me about setup would be great Right now I have the car on the way it is almost shipped so hope to get it in 1-2 weeks. I also ordered aloy front plate and bumper sway bars and metal spure. For the moment I would like to keep stock electronics ahh and a receiver to use my DumboRc first un boxing and oil the diffs. I have 10,000 and 20,000cst already but I seen your using 60 and 80,000cdmst and on center diff you was using today 500,000 that's why. But I'm open to any tip I have local store how sell ultimate dif oil cheap at 4,50€ so I can experiment a little with it.
@rccrazy3 жыл бұрын
Ok cool👌 when you get your car if you get stuck just give me a yell, im always happy to help, if I can that is👍 Put kind of simply, you want the rear wheels to work individually more often than not for more stability, but you want the front wheels to work together more often than not, helps with tight cornering. Again, you may prefer different once tested a few different set-ups.

Hey, loved the vid. Im pretty new to rc and ive just got a vrx cobra, its great but the diffs are a bit loose, what diff oil would you recommend?
@rccrazy3 жыл бұрын
Sorry about the late reply. The vrx diffs are very hard if not impossible to make them completely sealed or tight, I put 500k weight oil in the centre diff and it still leaks and the outdrives are extremely loose🤷♂️ I don't really use my cobras anymore because of the diffs. I have no answers for you, so sorry🥺

Ok with the metal swing arms? Hows the differential housing holding?
@rccrazy3 жыл бұрын
This car is ok with alloy swingarms because it has alloy hinge pin braces, but I made custom front and rear centre braces that stop the diff housings breaking and prevents over flexing in the chassis.
