You might want to get yourself some LockTite to prevent the nuts from shaking loose. Thanks for the informative, and interesting videos, I've just passed my (UK) 'big bike' license and am figuring out what bike to buy, I love the styling of the Vulcan, so it's high on my list... and those are the searches that lead me to your channel. I already have a Shad top-box on my 125, and enjoyed watching you install the panniers on your Vulcan, knowing how easier they're going to be to install, and how they look, is really helping me focus on the important decisions. Thanks.

Hey VS Chick Went with your recommendation of Bikerr for a Vulcan tail tidy and just want to say that it’s not great service! Unfortunately it appears that the stock online is not up to date and the communication is really bad 😢 I ended up cancelling my order and getting a refund from PayPal. I was told the tail tidy I chose was “currently unavailable” but the R&G was and could mailed the next day. It didn’t happen and my emails were not answered. So you may want to think about editing recommending this business as the reviews confirmed my experience. Keep up the great work, as you are a great reference point for my partner’s LAMS bike 👍💯

Oh, that's super disappointing to hear. I feel awful for you. My apologies for recommending a business that didn't meet expectations. It's especially disappointing that you didn't receive a reply to your emails. I'll make a note in the description for those who are looking to make purchases through their site.

I like the tail tidy but isnt it illegal not to have a reflector...it is in NZ. Also not having the wiring colours "match" is kinda weird. Its usually red to red, black to black etc....
@TheVSChick6 ай бұрын
Yep same here in Aus with the reflector. The tail tidy doesn't have a place to put it either. You can get a little attachment to make it legal though. I literally have no idea with the wires Lol! Total rookie

@@TheVSChick I just read that the rear of the motorcycle should have a read reflector and mine doesn't after installing the tail tidy. Can I just stick onto the rear fender?.

Yeah that's right. I couldn't find a spot for it so I just left it off altogether. But the fender could work? Or directly onto the bottom of the numberplate? Bit of a pain.
