In the games I say blaziken might win. But if researched, I think lucario wins. He has aura, can learn a variety of types (most by Tm) and if it was realistic lucario could just back hand blaziken.

Not in reality Both of them gets the same luck, just that lucario is a little bit faster(in normal form and mega) If lucario hits first, good bye blaziken, and if blaziken does, good bye lucario All depend of who hits first(and before you say, speed boost) If blaziken cannot protect first he will fall Lucario has 2 powerful moves type earth that could destroy blaziken in 1 hit And blaziken gets some moves to make the same with lucario The're equal, in the same conditions to lose, or win
