Charlette making fun of your alleged stalker on the internet where they can see it does not make sense to me. If you were truly afraid of this person, you probably would not do or say anything to provoke them. This could leave the impression that she actually doesn't take Spanner as a threat, which is a bad impression to leave when you're trying to establish him as a dangerous person in a lawsuit. Last i checked what unaffiliated people do with whatever "news" are at most considered hear say in a court. Her abusing DMCA instead shows that she will use whatever methods to get what she wants, that can be used against her as far as i know. But yeah the most important part would be her never shutting up about the guy and mocking him, was too "distressed" to give you a better explanation for why you should take the video down but had no problem writing a detailed mail to KZbin. Too many things do not add up, imo.
