Ustadji may remember his first stage apearance in 1978, when he was allowed to croon only one line by his great uncle. And within another 6 years, emerged a prodigy. Armaan has appeared earlier, he is in his 20s, we keep our fingers crossed. But right now, none of RK's shagirds has graduated to sing this Ustad Amir Khan's famous rendition. Master himself is superb, as always.

There is the Heading that "Let the Magic of Notes Liberate your Soul"!! Yes! Ustad Rashid Khan Sahab has this capacity to " Touch the Soul of Audiance!" He has developed the Sikill with the help of "Gifted Natural Voice !" That there is a lot of "Gambhirata" in his Notes that fetches very sweetness in his Taans! Three years ago while listening Raga Malkauns that "He is Future of India in Indian Classical Music" as it was declared by Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi! I merely supported Panditji's Comments! But it is True! I am seeing his future right now sitting Either side of Ustadaji! In them I am visualising The Great " Ustad Salamat Ali & Najakat Ali" who were popular in their Magical Gayaki"!! I appreciate their supporting Taans!!

I am trying to discover the beauty of ragas for some years, and your comment seemed interesting to me as this is the first time i am having the taste of Rag Marwa. The comment of 'awakening' couldn't be found on google as it seems not much is being studied about ragas. Hope it helps.

I have seen that there are different descriptions for ragas in different sources. So you won’t find a “true answer”.
