The band name is VULFPECK, you should check out Back Pocket live at MSG or New Guru live at Bonnaroo 2023 (from the full concert 39:47) they have songs with vocals, and their vocalists are all absolutely insane!

Definitely an homage to Teen Town, and it was written by Woody Goss, who was playing the piano (not the organ) on this song, and not Joe Dart who is the bassist.
