@jurelecnik Hello Jure, i don't know because i think you need a diagnostic tool to see the fault codes, and i don't have one (like OBDEleven). I simply followed the instructions in this video and in the PDF you get with the CongoDuke Tool.

@@jurelecnik Just 2 things that are not very clear in the video: You need to delete the extensions on the VCRN and VIN files (.dummy), so they are just called simply VCRN and VIN! And you need to add the already installed codes (Swap codes) to the list as well. Reply if you have succeded! Good luck

Just used the activator as instructed. Kept my MIB's supported codes and installed codes on the FEC list, changed the VIN and VCRN files to my own and 10 minutes later, works like a dream. Carplay, AA all installed with a £5 SD card. Big thanks 😁😁 Install was on a 2016 Golf GTD running MTS2_EU_VW_P0225D

Tak se na to taky chystám, mám 2 dotazy. Jeden se týká kódů které mám v rádiu - ty které nemám rádiu a jsou v seznamu addFect mám vymazat? Když tam nemám kód pro PERFORMANCE MONITOR tak to na mém rádiu nepůjde zprovoznit? A druhý dotaz je ohledně VCRN - nevím co to je a kde to moje číslo najít (VIN je jasný, tan jsem přepsal na svůj). Worked Perfectly , with some Changes: memory card 8gb did not worked because the vehicle didn't recognize it cause of error: sd1 not readable, than i took 64 gb card and with exfat Format, worked like a charm! Without that error i just canceled it after two reboots and everything works now, carplay MirrorLink, Android auto and the voice control. Everything else i Had before. For those who are unsure if they just need to put the missing funktion codes : I puted everything in the text document ( everyone in my car that i saw in the swap menu) . I think the 8gb card did not worked because it was a Kingston klass 4. Anyway it worked with exfat and 16 byt format. I wish you the best for this tutorial man!! Und die schreib's davon weil bei mir war VIN( Fahrzeugnummer) am ende eine Buchstabe A und in Fahrzeugschein gibt's diese Buchstabe nicht. Also aus Menü schreib's genau das was da steht , in das Menü kommst wenn du lange drückst diese 10 Sekunden taste wie auf dem video

Many thanks for the video my car Passat 2015 with delphi unit recently had the apple car play function added and along with the others listed here, I have the downloaded the patch onto an sd card but I am wondering if this has already been done by the installer as now have the fec codes displayed plus the green developer screen is now visible, all i am now wanting to do is switch off the cid code so I can use non genuine VW sd cards for the sat nav, can you give me some advice on how to do that?? many thanks Iain

Hi, You need to edit them and put your own car's VIN and VCRN codes in the files. Just follow the PDF manual you get with the CongoDuke activator. You also need to remove the extension of the two files (.dummy).

Was in other language so couldn't read the title of some screens but I saw heaps of random numbers that obviously corresponded to factory features. So keep them in the list if you're doing it and take note of all original ones keep them in a text file or something safe I'd imagine. I'll try this after warranty runs out lol. Think my 2020 R final edition has almost option anyway and the larger display so I may not benefit anyway water really want is speed sign recognition in my dash cluster which is done with OBD 11

Worked perfectly MST2_EU_VW_P0891D. Had small issue with VCRP was only 9 char long, so instead of last C I put 0C there. And my 2 originally installed codes had ä character after VIN, now I have 3 new codes without ä and 2 original with. Does not seem to cause any issues though.
