Yes, they're great cars! I definetly reccomend getting the year 2006-2010 because they have better engines in them compared to the years of 1998-2005. But either way super fun car and great gas mileage. I hope you get one!

I love your car so much and hope to get the same model but different color when I’m able to afford it in the future. Their very handy cars that don’t take much care and are just really cute in general. They’re also small so accidents are less likely to happen.

I recently got my sisters old beetle and it’s so nice! The only bummer is that the AUX is messing up :( debating if the radio is switchable to get something Bluetooth

Karina Santos I just recently bought a bluetooth/charging adapter from walmart for only $12. I use it with the radio that came stock with the car and it works perfectly. You just plug it into the cigarette lighter in your car and then tune it to an un used radio station and it connects to your phone through bluetooth so you can listen to your music that way. You also can talk on the phone with it through bluetooth and charge your phone on it which is awesome. The one I have is an Armor All Bluetooth adaptor but there are all kinds out there with different displays and everything. Hope this helps! And congrats! :)

No, the only problem I had with it was my wiper motor went bad and I had to replace it which was an easy and super cheap fix. Only $20. And it's worked great ever since. I definetly reccomend getting a beetle like that in the years of 2006-2010 because the engines are better and less likely for problems to occur as opposed to the beetles made from 1998-2005. Hope this helps, and if you get one let me know which one you got!

Laila Sanchez yes it does have an aux, I have a 2009 I’m not sure if the older models have it or not but I know 2006 and up should have an aux. There’s also a Bluetooth adapter you can get from walmart for $12 that you plug into the cigarette lighter and tune it to an empty radio station and you can play music from your phone on to the radio that way as well :)

If you find one with an aftermarket head unit then definitely will have an AUX port or if doesn’t have that head unit, you can always take out the old stereo for like a Pioneer or Casio whatever brand there is that make those aftermarket units. If you know what you’re doing, you can change it out yourself or you can get someone experienced to do it for you. My 2000 Beetle already came with a newer head unit so one less thing to worry about when I FINLLY got my forever dream car 🚗 I hope this helps in some way and I’m excited for you to join the Beetle Fan Club/Crew 🤩😍😎

@@jerrellsmart7068 They come with 4 because the beetle was never supposed to be a 5 seater car as it’s more of a coupe than a hatchback say like a Toyota Corolla is. So all beetles would be the same especially ‘New Beetle’ Gen 1998-2010.

Get rid of those bath and body works air fresheners I’m serious keep the holder I did. But mine busted and literally melted or just fired my dash everywhere it went and it’s happened to a lot of other people to!! Imagine what we are breathing from those if they can’t literally melt and fry the dash! I kept the holders though because they are pretty! I promise I’m not lying look it up I can send you pictures of my car! I ordered a new dash and have to get it replaced and had to get a whole new radio!!!!!! Just please be careful! And anyone else who sees this tell everyone you know until they fix that problem with those but I’ll NEVER use one again imagine if a dog or child was to accidentally eat that, that’s what went through my head and I freaked out it could have killed my weenie dog!

I have the same nearly identical beetle to this, only mine has black roof, but the beige roof is harder to maintain but looks so wonderful when new,, i also have the, harvest moon colour wheels steering wheel cover, & window stickers, only my beetle has ballerinas dance moms on the rear bumper, Hopefully you still have yours, 🌺
