Good evening, quik question... Would I be able to fit a 1.3 head on a 1.6 engine by any chance? 1 need to have my original head repaired and was hoping I can use the 1.3 head in the mean time.

If it is not stretch bolts then yes, otherwise no, Jaffar

How do I know if it is not a stitched bolts

If it is torqued in Nm then it is not stretch bolts, if it is torqued in degrees then it is stretch bolts.

Did you have the head skimmed and the block checked for warpage, this is important when there are leaks here, Andre

Yes head got complete job. Did not check the block for warpage cause the old gasket didnt blow and didnt overheat.

Broke & unemployed it should all be the same the cylinder heads where all the same except for the chamber sizes depending on your engines displacement

No, Menkiboj, torque wrenches are tough robustly designed tools, believe me I tried over the years, I have not been able to break one yet.
