wallet savior bro, I'm changing the head gasket on my passat and found half a quart of oil in the charge pipes, must be the turbo leaking so this is gonna save my ass.

Yes it will a lot of people don’t realise you can just change the core

I was looking at this video as I thought a turbo change was needed.. oil pissing through out my intercooler piping.. must be the core then.. thanks guys

Nice,looks identical to my caxa 1.4tsi, whats the part number for said cartridge and availability..... I'm trying to find a kit to do the bush and wastegate...ive seen a lad do it ..not sure about kit... have u seen it

Mine ,the wastegate sticks ..the arm should clear the body by 3mm or so but it slides bk with wear and causes jamming.. wud like to do both jobs

Was this for the 1.4 CAXA engine? The 90TSI model for MK6 Golfs?

Last question, Have u ever seen coolant loss after the coolant inlet pipes into housing,heard it mentioned but taught that gallery on cartridge be fairly failproof..

I’ve not come across it but 100% wouldn’t rule it out if I was having a coolant leak and trying to diagnose it
