I think it does because it says MK7 1.8t or 2.0t. I am still debating on whether to do this, certainly a lot cheaper then the ECU and TCU tunes I’ve found

Yeah but it depends on your engine type if you have the manual 1,4 l engine with the 150ps you can watch any of the seat, vw or audi viedos with the same engine type... The enginecode of the 1,4l jetta,golf is CZDA etc and engine name is EA211, Since i have the mk7 golf sportwagen tsi with the 1,4l Turbocharged version it is the same installation method as similar mqb viachles... but if you live in North America you might have a different enginecode name but the same engine installment method for the racechip as mine. Just look up your cars manual and check specifics if unsure. Installing the racechip aint hard no matter the car really.

Lol I looked at the booklet and there was 2 diagrams for cars. I knew I had the harder option and won't be able to do it myself. I dont have a car jack

I just got a 08 gti with one of these installed. It has P0238 P0089 P008a P0106 P0234 codes. On it is everyone getting these codes or just this car?

What I received for Audi S3 has only A and B. It doesn't have connector C linked to the cam shaft. Is that a wrong wire harness?

But the GTS black screen does light up after I start the car. No error codes show.

Yesterday I received my RaceChip RS for my almost 1 year old Seat Tarraco 2.0 TSI 190hp 4x4. After installing for the 3rd time with an VAG engineer the box gives errors after starting the engine...Everything was looking good, ignition check no errors, starting the engine a lot of errors came on the boardcomputer displays: - Start/stop functions disabled, engine limited till 4000rpm, motorengine light turned on, turbo was not working. Looks like after installing the box that the car program goes on emergency state of the engine. Still waiting for a solution with the customer service on this, probably bad programming of the software parameters or a faulty box???...to be continued

This can happen if the process described in the beginning of the video is not followed precisely. Also connecting the plugs in a wrong orientation (turned by 180 degree) can create error codes, but this is usually not possible. Of course, also a wrong software on the RaceChip can cause such an issue. Please let our customer support team solve this for you. [e-mail]

@@RaceChipInstallationVideos problem has been zilver. On cable-C thee was 1 cake loose in the connector. We've fixed that and it's working perfect now!

The CC is a little easier to access, and you should be able to reach your hand down from above to locate the sensor.

It is just an issue of access. The GTI is easier to get to with it on jacks but we have found that it's not required on the Passat.
