I assume you will put it back together and search for options. Maybe RockAuto too since DIY and you not using the electric ratchet. And I wonder if you tested with power probe off camera. But I recommend maybe take one or two of your longer zip ties and tie to that lever for temporary opening. I recommend two because if you pull on one it just gets tighter on the lever and make removal difficult. Take little one to make a small loop around the lever and take the longer one to zip onto that SST zip loop and then when you go to remove, side cutters will snip the loop off easily. Maybe you already thought of this and didn't feel like making the bonus footage. It's so nice and quiet with the landlord away on vacation. Friend of mine took her helicopter up to Half Moon Bay and Ukiah to celebrate Independence Day.

The emblem on my 2010 CC that you put your hand into to open only works about 20 percent of the time, i have to use the fob button or trunk lever on the door. Ive tried cleaning it, thinking maybe it couldnt sense my hand if dirty, but, no luck. Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem with my 2020 Tiguan, just ordered a new lock.

I've replaced it, same car and year. It went dead 2 weeks later
