have same problem , shifter wont move , code U010100 lost conection to tcm , doesnt recognize the TRANSMISION on SKODA Fabia mk2 2011 VRS i have also U01700 ABS brake control module Read out DTC , if it helps

Hello, does the diagnostic equipment connect to the car box? If not, it's probably the power supply. It is necessary to check fuses, wires, connections. There may be a fault in the gearbox control module. Visually inspect all connections in the engine compartment.

Hey mate i got a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta first i couldnt put it into drive from park. Then i found a blown fuse and replaced it. Now everytime i shift from park to drive it blows the same fuse and says code u0101

Please explain I have the very same codes on VW Polo, U0101 and 01315 and the car loses transmission, can't go into gear, the shifter won't move, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, I've pit a new battery but the problem is still there please

visually inspect the fuse in engine compartment 6. cabin fuses 13,23 and 38. Connection to the gearbox.
