Great great video man!! My jetta didnt blow in the superior exit, and checking like the video, i found that the back servomotor was locked. Cleaned and recalibrated it and started to work right! I owe you the repair bill. XD

Hi. I've got a b5 passat 2004, with the ac switched off, I can't regulate the air temperature inside the car! Choosing 18° the air is cold, in the minute that I increase the temperature it turns to hot, even at 19° or 20°. It's impossible to have an average temperature. What could be the cause of this problem? It would be great some help.

Hello. You need to put on vcds diagnose to see what problems have.

How do you go about fixing the motors for the servo flaps when they break

First do Basic settings with VCDS to calibrate flaps if not works try to pulverize electric contacts spray to servomotors and to polen filter hole , when climatronic is ON at max. Speed. If still not working you need to replace servomotors. See what errors you have in VCDS.

I don't know what you mean ... Why do appear -- instead of the temperature? This is because the temperature sensor is removed.

Check the heat radiator. Under the bonnet behind the engine are 2 hoses, remove them both and pressurize water. You put water on both, one at a time. See if it works.If it didn't work it meant that is a problem at motor flaps. Diagnosis with VCDS will show if is problem with flaps. Sorry if English is wrong.

It's indicate wrong? Change it only if it's indicate wrong temperature at climatronic display. @@kengarage vcds says that my passat has a fault 00818 (short to B+) in the sensor for evaporator outlet temperature (G263).
