The Volkswagen Polo Mk3 is the third generation of the Volkswagen Polo supermini and was produced from 1994 to 2002, with a facelift in late 1999. It was available in hatchback, sedan and wagon versions. Although the Polo Mk3 hatchback did not share the same platform as the Seat Ibiza, the sedan and station wagon models were rebranded as the Seat Córdoba and have the A and B series. The third generation of Polo was even manufactured in Argentina and went into production in these versions: sedan (Volkswagen Polo Classic), van (Volkswagen Van, also called Vw Polo Caddy or simply Volkswagen Caddy.), hatchback (simply VW Polo) and van. (Vw Polo Variant) Both models had a facelift in 1999/2000 on the typeface, although it was only on the hatchback version that there were changes to the taillights. Despite coming from Argentina, the Polo Classic had the 1.8 Mi version equipped with the Brazilian AP 1800 engine, which in 1997 had just received multipoint injection to equip Gol, Parati, Santana and Quantum. The Van was equipped with the AP 1600 engine also with multipoint injection. Harlequin special edition In 1996, the Polo had this special edition limited to 3000 units that had the detail that the car on the side would have four colors, although a Dutchman managed to create a Polo Mark 6 Harlequin. Its name derives from Harley Quinn, an Italian artist.

Socjalistyczny Biedak had only one failure when the thermostat broke and it overheated. Turned the heating on and went to have it fixed.
