So this car belongs to one of my subscriber. The car needed to get its clutch change as it was jittering alot. Also some of the suspension components needed be changed like shockers, shocker mount, control arm bushes and steering rack.

Excellent work Brother. I do follow all your videos. What i feel is often people dont follow recommendations of company ( can be any automobile company ) regarding change of spares, maintenance parts etc. If we follow, we dont have to face any issues. I am driving VW Polo 2011, 1.2 TDI Trendline. Always serviced on time at ASC. Till today it drives like new vehicle and till date never felt to go for new vehicle. The build quality and drive experience is unmatched.

I personally feel that polo is too outdated now as company isn't doing any facelift and not adding any new features when compared to rivals. The only good thing remaining about polo is built quality and driving pleasure (if all electronic and engine is working fine). Which in polo its hard to keep.

You guys did a great Job. Quite informative for the people to learn. 👍🏼 But, The owner of the car should really work on his/her driving skills. For such a solid built german car that has done just 65K Kms, these problems are too early to occur. Seems like the car has been abused irresponsibly. These cars are made to last some where between 1 Lakh to 1.5 Lakh Kms. I own a 14 year old Skoda Fabia which is from the same platform and has clocked over 1.4 lakh kms. The clutch plate is still intact. Steering rack is also doing fine without any problems. Shockers segment are completely subjective because Indian Roads. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Just a suggestion. Working on the real problem will save a lot of time and efforts for the owner of the car. 👍🏼🤝

yes agree with you as recently I have too upgrade the suspension and suggested to change the steering rack and steering column as well which I denied. And when the reason is asked said that i need to use only the normal steel wheels as I have upgraded it to diamond cut alloys and 205/55 R15 tires damaged everything.

Nakul bhaiya, I own a skoda rapid 2014, Clocked 1.2 lakh++ kilometers and everything seems working fine. But front suspension has got enough wear and tear. Thinking to change the entire front suspension. Please suggest me that should I go for OEM parts or any other brand parts are available. And what will be the estimate cost of changing the suspension with the labour. I will prefer going over quality rather than going over cost compromise.

Arm bush are not successful, i have done the same and due to firm rubber it cracked and cut me tyre very badly.

You don’t put new clutch disc and pressure plate on floor, with sand particles and dust it will kill your parts and hamper performance. That’s all. Regards.
