Volkswagen Polo Suspension Repair | Steering Rack, Shocker Mount & Jumping Rod Bush Changed
So this video is focused on Volkswagen Polo, there was lots of suspension noise in the car while going over pot holes... We checked the car and found that there was lots of play in the steering rack, plus shocker mounts were worn off and compressed and jumping rod bush were cracked as well.
Therefore we changed all these.

Hi Nakul, Have you centred the new steering rack and locked the steering wheel in straight position before installation? Otherwise there wont be equal turning radius on both sides and car would drive very dangerously.

In Imphal we don't have any dealer for VW so it's a very hectic job to search a good experienced mechanic plus a genuine parts for VW. Hope you can set up a good servicing centre only!!!

Stearing rack is at pretty low cost when compared to Swift. When I asked for Swifts rack they said its around 16k

Yaar the Guwahati VW charged me 95000 for Steering rack change and ECM change. My vento was not starting and there was sound with the suspension. The sound problem is still there with all the money I have spent .. I wish your shop was near my place yaar! I am pretty disappointed with the VW service since then.

Could be 4 things majorly... 1- Alignment is out... 2- wheel balancing is out 3- some defect in tyres 4- some problem in suspension
