Thanks. I used 15mm plywood for the kitchen pod covered in DC-fix grey, the water gas and all fittings via ebay, 8kw diesel heater again an ebay purchase, the bed i used 18mm plywood and CLS Timber 63x38mm, the grey paint is a bathroom emulsion paint. working on the bed now, uploading a Short later on the bed.

Thanks Gary the feedback is much appreciated, the paint is ebay: Black Bumper & Trim Aerosol Spray Paint 500mL Fast Dry AutoTek Professional. If you spray at about 10 inch away from the cards 3 coats you get a great result. All the best with your T4, Happy trails..

Brilliant, mine had been wallpapered on top of black spray paint! so it's peeled off all over !
