I have the same problem on my T6!! The dealer has been trying to fix it for 2 years now. Finally I will just do it myself.

In my case the problem was not the cable but this thing where cable is attached to the rollers, it was rusted in diagonal position. So it is important to check this first before starting to mess with the cable. Door behaved exactly the same as in your video.
