VW Transporter T5 ColourMFA installation how to guide. End to end process to install ColorMFA

Want to save money while being able to do one of the best upgrades for your Volkswagen T5 (2003 - 2010)? This detailed how to guide shows the end to end installation of ColourMFA into the VW T5 instrument cluster. This will work for both highline (full screen) and lowline clusters (half screen). You just need to ensure you have the up, down and "enter" buttons on the wiper arm.

Awesome job! Do you happen to know the part number of your highline cluster? Another question: do you have any experience with 3D Color MFD as well? Which one would you chose between ColorMFA and 3D Color MFD? Thanks!

Hi Flaviu. Sorry it was someone else's intrument cluster I did this job on. I have most 99.9% of my experience with ColorMFA ... I recently got hold of a 3dColorMFD and there's more to it to set it up but seems like it's got more features than ColourMFA

Great video. My T5 2008 van has the lowline cluster with no screen at all - is it possible to upgrade it to the midline do you know , so I can then do this screen mod?

hi will this work on 2006 t5 Caravelle, the wiper has the up and down button but not the enter button. can you ship to South Africa?

Hi Rashid - you sure the "enter" is not on the wiper stalk? it is usually underneath..... How do you currently control the FIS to confirm a menu choice? It should work on the platform tho :) I don't have any stock of these at the moment.... but usually can ship wordwide.
