This might be the best visual documentation of an HCS chassis one can find publicly available that is not commercial. Been following non traditional steering - that is hub center/Hossack/elf-type etc.- loosely since Akira in the 90s. Was always odd to me how little actual footage there was apart from some rare 2 minute videos. Even now after bimota and Kawasaki merged and made the tesi h2. Almost as if they didn't really exist or at least are not really used other than in showrooms. So thx and looking forward to more.

I was always fascinated by the tesi-1D structure. This Vyrus frame is really beautiful, can't wait to see it complete.

The frame is made out of Ergal (7075) aluminum. Very light and very beautifully machined by Vyrus.

@ do they custom frames for different engines? 🤩

Not that I know of. Primarily Ducati. Only this 986 and the Vyrus mini-bike had non-Ducati engines.

Only thing is your 6mm Alan's length may be throwing off your torque specs, however, I rarely torque anything outside of an engine so who am I to talk.
