VZ Commodore running rough at idle - 3.6L Crewman

Today we get in a 2005 Holden Commodore or what we know as a Crewman that is a VZ model with a 3.6L engine. It comes in running rough at idle only with an engine light on. We get the Verus out to check the codes, then whip out the smoke machine the find the likely culprit.

Nice work. If I'd gone to Holdens (rumour has it they don't exist anymore (yay!!!)), they'd have quoted $3,500 for "urgent repairs", and fixed everything that DIDN'T need to be fixed (or pretend they did, anyway), IGNORE the rough idle and say "oh, try some fuel injector cleaner next time you fill up...."

Iv got a vz v6 wagon thats been goving off 2 codes for a maf and map sensor replaced both and then still comes up and then the safty mode and powertrain warning any idea if it could be vacume iv gone threw everything at this stage besides a leak or wiring possibly?

Can anyone tell me what the absolute throttle position % at idle should be for a VZ, mine sits at like 12% and I am wondering if my throttle body might be broken. I still have rough idle after plugs coils injectors and hunting all over for vaccum leaks 🤬

After change of spark plugs SV6 commodore vf. Now slight rough idle notice but drives and accelration is smooth like butter. whats cause???? idle sits on 550 and stable even on idle but i can feel slightly rough.
