VZ Grips Vs. LOK Grips! The Clear Choice Is........

I have 3 sets of VZ and 3 LOKs... no reason to buy VZs. LOK gives you the rubber O rings for your grip screws and VZ doesn’t (or used to not- you need these for G10). KB I love my shadow 2 more than any other 9 I have tried- wish that frame came on a carry gun

I had this clicking of grip panels on the CZ as well as on a SIG LDC. What I did then was to use a scotts tape on the inside of the VZ grips at the edges, and use rubber washer rings to really screw them tight to the frame. Once I did this they stopped making this clicking sound, but eventually when I grabbed the pistols and tightend my grip I could still feel sometimes a movement of the panels. On the SIG I ended up getting the E2 panels which are tight and dont move at all, and on the CZ I got the heavier brass metal grips, which also dont move. LOK grips arent available (yet) in Austria.

I have many look grips for shadow 2 and others .recently tried the vz grips and they fit very well ,just as well as lok. They must have fixed that problem that yours had .

I own a set of Lok grips on my CZ and really like em as I don't think you could go wrong with either....Good info and vid....Good stuff....

I just ordered a “custom” pair of LOK grips for a Ruger MKIV 22/45 Lite. Their customer service is top notch and they assisted me is placing a custom order, to my specs. LOK even said that they would ship them out in a week. Impressive for a custom order.

The Lok doesn’t show pics of the choices they offer except for maybe 10% and that sucks because I’d like to see what they offer for the Mark 4 Ruger

I have purchased VZ in the past and they seem fine to me. I have ordered a set of LOK for my shadow 2, its been 3 weeks and I still don't have them, when they finally arrive I will re-post as to weather or not the wait was worth it.

Have you tried Houge Pirahna G-10 grips ? I swear by Houge grips, got them on almost every handgun I own, except my CZ 75 & 75 compact, the original all steel models. For those 2 I used CZ 1/2 checkered Cocobolo wood grips & were only around $50.00 bucks per set. That wood against the dark metal just make them pop. Perfect fit & very comfortable for shooting. I still prefer the feeling of wood vs synthetic's, just as God intended. Love my CZ'S !!

I just ordered a set grips from LOK, as today 12-25-23 they were about 75 bucks a little more with tax.. even though that's a good bit higher than 6 yrs ago I still think it's worth it. I buy American made whenever I can!

Getting my first CZ (CZ-75B) and looking for some grips. I like the idea of the aluminum grips in hi viz colors. Are they functional for good grip or are they purely aesthetic?

TRUGLO makes sights for CZ 75 that fit the P-01. Sootch has an installation video and Tim at the Military Arms Channel has them on his carry P-01.

Kotaboy32---"Cool Hand" grips man! Yeah, I'm confusing the issue but they fit my cakik55 compact perfectly with no flex and they are the perfect texture for me-lol. Complete with screws, rubber 'o' rings and a wrench for under $50. Why not? They look better than vz's!!

I'm looking for wood Shadow grips, but in IPSC rules the grip *must* have the same OFM profile and no wood that I have seen does. Palm swell LOKs are almost exactly the original shape of the factory grips, so I will be going with the one which has the most "wood like" appearance.

Get some Cool Hand grips for your tactical gray CZ. Most of them are in between $50 and $75. I put a pair of sunburst G 10 grips on my compact and they’re great! Quality made, they stay in place, they feel great my hand and right now a lot of them are on sale which is why I went ahead and got the new grips for my gun. If you ever pick up a pair, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.
