Thanks for your sharing. My situation is similar with yours. And, I have started home workout with the app on iPad as well. However, my progress is not as good as yours. The only change I have is that I could there is a change internally and physically. I feel happier after doing exercise. It really helps stress relieving. And, it’s very important to strengthen the muscle and improve the capacity. I would work more on diet as well and keep doing homework. Your sharing really encouraging. Keep going………….Both of us 😊

Love your mindset!! actually, it's hard to not eat in black and white mindset (either you eat a lot or you eat nothing), a grey zone is always hard for beginners! even tho you feel like you are long-winded, that is so informative! Hope you can make more videos related to this topic! And may I ask where did you get your water bottle? thanksss!!
