Nathan, Thanks for pointing out unique places to visit and experience that the average tourist may miss unless they have carefully researched things to do in Taiwan. As you mentioned, there is nothing wrong doing the 5 star hotel and major tourist sites but one shouldn't neglect to, "get off the beaten path", and see areas that a group tour might not include in their tours. The night markets are something that definitely should not be missed! As always, take care and Happy Travels!

I followed and watched many of your videos in your channel. I have to say this is the best one I like the most! This video is really helpful to our travel business in Taiwan. For Taiwan travel businesses , Taiwan government emphasize tasty food too much but ignorance the Taiwanese culture which most of the foreigners interested in ,especially the tourists from western countries. Hope this video can be found and watch neatly by people who are in travel department of the government. Thank you,Nathan. Look forward to your following good videos!

Even little towns have night markets. Everyone needs to eat every night, so I never get tired of visiting night markets 😁
Second comment! Also highly recommend the LAMP FESTIVAL just after the Chinese new year.

Nathan, swimming in Taiwan rivers is very dangerous. There are a lot hidden swirls and river rises extremely fast during rainy day. You won't have a chance to survive that.

Ivan Chang Yes, I have heard about that. There are best practices to follow to minimize the risk though. Thanks for the warning :)

看你的影片及全方位報導已經有一段時間,真的覺得電視媒體的播報都應該向你學習才是。

@ This is Taiwan
