I read this kind of novel, with the same plot. The regent is adopted of the dowager, he is from another kingdom. He died at the end, which is a plot he made so that his real identity could be used. Then the princess was so devastated she was captured and burned alive in a post by the new emperor Wich is the second prince not like in this drama where she jumped. The new emperor or the second prince now knows the true identity of the regent which is why he burned her, rather in this drama, she jumped. The regent in the past bombed the kingdom I don't remember the reason, it might be connected to the reason why he was in this kingdom. He was standing in a post and he understood that someone was burned alive, he saw something, it was the bracelet of the former queen he touched and felt something. That's it, In the new life they were attached because the female lead changed. I hope this quite helps those who are a little broken-hearted. ❤

Problem is, she act too much in abuse drama that im tired to see her crying alot. All in all, what a weird and unsatisfying ending 🙄

The ML is attractive and has a gravitas that fits the role. I'm wondering if he's using his own voice. But the the FL is all wrong. Not the actress but the character is too ditzy and nervous. She wants revenge but isn't fully committed to the enterprise because she is more like a FL from a rom com than a period show. Tonally the show is all over the place. The direction/script is just off. And the opening ending just adds insult to injury.

What the heck? This was such a good story. Why is there no ending? The ML is sexy as hell with his gestures and his smoky voice that just pull you right in. I don't know how or why the FL bothers to resist him. And speaking of that, wasn't the FL married for FIVE years in her former life AND pregnant? Why does she run around, acting like an overstimulated virgin, avoiding sex with her own husband, EVEN IF she's just using him. Does that make sense? No. And it's annoying as all get out. You're already using him, so just go ahead and help yourself to his man parts (since he's offering) too. MARRIED is the identity she schemed so hard to get, so why wouldn't she even ATTEMPT to be MARRIED??? -___-

Well, I have seen enough cdramas where the FL is a doctor and acts like a teenager looking at MLs abs and runs around. I would understand being attracted and embarrassed but they behave so squeamish that it's annoying. Bit to be fair, she heard that he is taking advantage of her and will discard her later, so here I agree with her decision.
