@@terrystarr2617 He's a bachelor "stallion" in air quotes, so to Sally (and Coralle), that makes him a dangerous interloper which is shocking that Reintje was quick to accept him and the others were like, 'We only know him when we are in heat'. As a bachelor "stallion", he'll be looking to find a mate and sometimes, they'll take out the foal to make the mare go faster into estrus or preserve the purity of their bloodline. While Risey is likely not going to do that as domesticated male horses can be more forgiving and less wild, the mares however will not care as it's their instinct to protect their foals, even if he was their alpha, they'd still be a bit protective when the foals are in question but as an alpha stallion of a mare herd, the male horse is less likely to listen to their warnings. Don't think that Saly (and Coralle which I do not think she'll be there for that long) will change their view of him until he's inserted in the mare herd and he can assert himself then, however, that would require him to be more stable than he is now in order to not hurt others or himself since he may or may not try to mount the mares as several geldings still do that and become more overzealous than he already is with Yfke and was with Spidey.

The other day when Risey was galloping in the meadows, him hitting the breaks before crashing into the wire. He knows that he is having a situation going on. And he is such a happy camper. ❤ He is living with it and he's doing a good job!

It was the low drain right along going perpendicular there in the field! It is when he is stressed that it hets worse- when she lushes him to go fast and he suddenly trots or canters away. Yvonne also sees him doing better in the moving naturally in the field though

Our Risey is one intelligent Cookie. Some folks in general seem to think animal can't reason and are beneath us humans. But their wrong, animal have souls. They can think and reason. My opinion is Risey ability to reason is probably higher than some human 😊

Even though Risey is baby sitting, he himself is still a baby. Especially, considering he is a wormblood, he isn't done growing physically and maturing mentally.

True, he's far from an adult yet, you can see some maturity but he still is a teenager conformation wise; he's yet to fully ossify and his body has not entirely filled out due to his skeletal structure developing faster than his musculature and proportionate body weight which a typical KWPN growth pattern, he looked very robust at some point in the pasture at Stal G when he was 2+ years of age but lost considerable weight around the time he arrived at Stal H because he was still going through some awkward phases. Though now I do think he's going to look perpetually more filled out after pasture foraging because his growth will be much slower at his age, making it unlikely for him to go through muscle atrophy or weight loss. The 16 hands horses usually reach maturity in physical aspect at the age of 5-6 but he's still very much going, the main indicator being how flat his withers are and how lanky from certain angles he may look. He might fall into 17 hands range which means, he likely won't look like an adult until at least 6-8 years of age.

The Fresian Horses that were let loose on the pastuer in Stal.G were so beautiful and nostalgic. Miss.Matilda and Bjarni did a wonderful job.🙌 In Stal.H, you had to worry about Glendey running away and Reisey and Yfke's mischievous behavior. But they are so cute.🐎❤

Yeah..I first swallowed...oh please...don't fall over, but he did it so well...as a wobbly one. He really is doing better... thought I am not a professional of any kind horsewoman. Just a hobby-rider occasionally. When I was younger I rode much more and loved to sit on a carriage too...and now I don't have that English word...well..tell where and how fast to trot. And then I came across a wobbler that almost was healing. I so hope that same to Risey and become even better. ❤
