Wonderfull. So good to listen to. I wish and pray that all the preachers that quote Kuyper, Calvin, Spurgeon and all the other great preachers would take another look at 1Kor 11:1-16 and feminism in the church today and what all those good preachers had to say about it.

Dr. Godfrey is a compelling presenter… easy to listen to… His sense of humor is always relevant and breaks things up a bit. His presentations are always edifying! Dr. Godfrey is someone I think of when I consider, “Who are the pillars of our Christian faith today?” Thank you, Dr. Godfrey and Ligonier Ministries for teaching and inspiring!

The armor of God requires the “breastplate of righteousness”. The breastplate of righteousness is living a life of righteousness; walking in the Spirit. This life is a witness of the truth of Christ, to others.

Do you read your Bible? Jesus is our Sabbath, and Christian started to get together the first day of the week because it was when Our Lord and Savior was raised from the dead. Read at least Acts, is there!

I enjoyed the talk until he lost me at his comment, "...and he didn't even know Donald Trump." He said earlier that he wasn't going to be political and his little barb showed his selfishness in wanting to get a laugh. A minister/speaker has no business degrading another person based on a personality he doesn't agree with. Debate a person's actions, or track record, okay. But don't try to be funny at another person's expense. I shut the video off at that point. Ministers are not hero's and they are not perfect. But because they voluntarily put themselves in the public eye, they should leave their ego at the door. Otherwise, they negate everything else they say.

He gave an example, he didn't degrade anybody, but I think you might be a Trump follower and that is why those words are so ofensive to you. I am guessing you are those people who follow a man who is manipulating Christians who are unable to distinguise a lie from reality.
