If you are replacing the expansion valve, I noticed while editing the video that there may be a piece of the firewall designed to come off to help remove the plastic water tray without breaking it. I'll try it on a junkyard car to see if it's true / easy to remove. If yes, I'll make a follow-up video on this. I missed it the first time around because it really looks like that tray can be removed without removing anything else.

Hi! Greetings from Sweden. I was wondering if you possibly have the wiring diagram for this car? Am trying to get the electronics right after renovating the wiring loom and can't seem to get my hands on the right wiring diagram. I've got one, but it doesn't really add up. I can't get it right around the injectors and the coils... the colours I have don't match my diagram :( would appreciate any help! I really want to get it up and running again. Mercedes Benz c200 w202 from 1995, also Lucas electronics 😊

Sorry I don't have anything I could share over the internet. I use the Bentley service manual for the W202, it has the wiring diagrams. So far they've been accurate (and essential) for me!

Hey, my A/C is not cool like it used to. Does cleaning the condendor, evaporator and the blower can make it back to cool again or do I need to replace the expansion valve?

I have a 4 bolt on compressor on my W202 c220, I'm having a hard time finding a brand new compressor can any w202 compressor work with it? Or can you point me to how I can get a new one

I would imagine all W202 compressors are interchangeable. I can't tell you where to get a new one, I don't know where you live. You need to look around some local car parts stores, online websites, or the dealership.
