Loved this, but there was a bit of faffing about after the warm up. Also only have 1 door anchor with the kit, so I had to keep taking it off. The workout was good and I could really feel my arms had a good workout.

Can you be more specific abt the postures, i feel like im not standing right bc im not burning as i should be

Hi, apologies for the delayed response, which particular posture/exercise are you referring to? In general, there should be tension in the band you've selected right from the initial movement increasing through the specific exercise. Hope that helps :)
