Great workout although it would be good if the cool down was actually targeting the muscles you’ve just worked on, this is an upper body workout with a lower body cool down that is tagged onto the end of all the videos

Great workout. Any tips on making sure my gym box doesn’t slide when I have the resistance bands attached? (Full weight inside as I haven’t removed anything except the bands)

Hi Sally, a lot will have to do with how tall you are. My suggestion is for some of the exercises to have the W8 GYM at the top of your shoulders so it shouldn't slide. Also, it depends on what type of surface you are exercising on as some floors slip more than others. Hope that helps.

Hi, apologies for the delayed response, which particular posture/exercise are you referring to? In general, there should be tension in the band you've selected right from the initial movement increasing through the specific exercise. Hope that helps :)

Really do love this 1, I feel like I am in a gym as I set it out that way and use 2 sets of bands, could use 2 sets of handles LOL #w8gym I also use hand weights and the #bootybands for the squats LOVE LOVE LOVE
