Объясняю для любителей спорит это моё, то моё, бизимдир, сизиндир и т.д. В мире сколько шеф поваров, столько же разнообразия блюд, независимо от названия. Например, на видео готовит лезгин, это лезгинский лагман. Это то же самое, как чеченская лезгинка, грузинская лезгинка и т.д.

I never had a dad growing up to teach me how to do things like this. So, you can just put oil in a big pot and just fry up meat into something amazing? Never would have imagine it! Or, watching how he cuts vegetables, how he uses his tools (how the tools are supposed to work even) all that is like looking into a new undiscovered world for me. I recently went out and bought a large metal wok type pot with a lid and I built (copied actually) a brick open fire pit like the one he uses (ok,emphasis on the word like, I think it will work but it's no where nearly as good, but it should work--it's like a ground level chimney stack about waist high and open on one side so I can stoke it, I messed up the mortar mix apparently (too much water maybe?) so it's far from being very strong, but it should hold together if I'm careful )--I had a plan to make a stew of some kind (I literally just got everything set up last weekend) but after watching this I might just try frying up an assortment of meat...maybe throw in some sliced mushrooms and potatoes, oh, and onions...but I got to admit I don't have clue one about those spices other than salt and pepper...I'm thinking now I might have a flame up maybe, so probably best to keep the lid handy...but I think it's gonna be a hoot, and this guy is "learning me" and inspiring me to try!

My dad bought steaks from the slaughter house by the case and a bag of charcoal briquettes. When he came home from the office my mother had salads and veggies made, dad lit the fire and put the steaks on. My mom was the cook and sometimes when my grandmother visited she made pickled beef and gravy over home made dumplings. I was surrounded by good cooks and bakers and I love the same. Learn to do it yourself.

@@clmarsik Pickled beef and gravy...I don't think I've ever heard about pickling beef, just veggies...oh, and I have heard of dumplings, and I think they involve cooked apples, but I'm going to have to Google them--if they are half as good as the picked beef sounds like it would be then I got another challenge ahead of me! Thanks!

I finally got the hang of keeping a pretty even and consistent temperature in my chimney stack, still I get about 50% pretty much good to go and 50% way dried out jerky like (which still tastes pretty good) or looking more like "burnt ends"...except a lot larger! I found out it is harder to maintain a consistent temperature during the summer since my chimney is out in the direct sun light and now it's starting to cool down it seems to be getting better...but...given my karma...I'll likely be pressing on in snow and ice. 🤣
